1. For our current puppy owners, we may be able to offer you a discounted pricing on certain
products. If you are one of our puppy owners, please do not use the order page! You may either
CALL us directly, or EMAIL us, and we will get back to you promptly.
2. For all other customers, we accept PayPal payments only.
3. At this time, we DO NOT accept Credit Card payments. In order for us to process your order,
you will either need to have money in your PayPal account, or have your PayPal account set up
with a checking account with sufficient funds.
In a day where most companies accept credit cards, we apologize for the inconvenience, however,
as we stated, we are a small company and do this primarily as a service for our puppy owners.
*Even if you are not one of our puppy owners, we want you to know that we greatly appreciate
your business! =)
4. In most cases, we ship using Priority Mail, so your order will arrive safely and quickly -
typically 2-3 business days from the time your order is shipped.
5. A handling fee of $6.95 applies, regardless of amount of product ordered.
6. In addition to our handling fee, Shipping charges will apply as follows:
1 oz bottles - $2.00 each.
4 oz bottles - $4.00 each.
16 oz bottles - $10.00 each.
Canine or Feline Care Kits - $8.00 each.
7. For large orders, please feel free to call or email first, as we may be able to combine your
shipping charges.
8. FOR PARVO EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY! (We will make your order
an urgent shipping priority, and may be able to ship your order out as soon as an hour of your

At least several times each week we offer free consultations to those seeking to make the transition to a species-appropriate diet for their ill pets - often donating 10+ hours to a single individual...
